One evening, one experiment, one life-changing bite
It all started with a single, playful experiment. One evening, I decided to make the famous Dubai chocolate bar using my Thermomix. The moment I took that very first bite, something just clicked inside me.
That tiny spark quickly blossomed into a wonderful obsession. I began playing with new flavors, textures, and ingredients - mixing the absolute highest quality premium Belgian chocolate with vibrant freeze-dried fruits, crunchy pistachios, rich pecans, and unique fillings. Before I knew it, I had completely fallen in love with the true art of artisan chocolate making.
